Filipino-American Convocation of Eagle Scouts (Filipino-ACES)

We are the registry of Eagle Scouts of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines who are living or working in the United States. Filipino-ACES is not a formal association. The registry is sponsored by the Merit Badge Center, Philippines.

Associations for Eagle Scouts

Filipino-ACES is a registry of Filipino-American Eagle Scouts. Filipino-ACES encourages Eagle Scouts to participate in various associations that serves them. It is however not a requirement for registration with Filipino-ACES. Below are some of the associations and ways to register.

Association of Top/Achiever Scouts - sponsored by the Asia-Pacific World Bureau of WOSM - this is the world-level association for Scouts who have achieved the highest rank of their National Scout Association as a youth. Visit www.atasapr.org for registration instructions.
Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines - an invitation only association - contact Arnell Alambra for further information.
Eagle Scouts Organization of the Philippines - the successor of former CARES and is open to all - download letter and information sheet - contact Chito Morante for further information.

Eagle Scout Registry

We are calling out to all Filipino-American Eagle Scouts to participate and be identified. The information you provide will be kept confidential. Email the information requested below to info@meritbadge.org.ph. Receive a limited edition custom Eagle Scout patch (while supplies last, only 100 of these patches produced) and your Registration Card with registration. No annual dues.

Membership Eligibility

You are eligible to join if you satisfy one of the following requirements:

Awarded the Eagle Scout, Rizal Scout, or Scout Citizen by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines and are a U.S. person.
Awarded the Eagle Scout by the Boy Scouts of America and are of Filipino heritage.

NOTE: A U.S. person for our purposes is a U.S. citizen, U.S. legal resident, or a person who holds a U.S. work visa or permit. Filipino Heritage is determined by Filipino citizenship, nationality, or ethnicity.
